CANCELLATION POLICY Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online, over the phone or in person. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour mark, a 30% charge will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full 50% of the services booked. SERVICE POLICY I take pride in my work. Above all else, I want you to love the way you look and feel after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair or your service allow me to make the proper adjustments. Please contact me via email or instagram within 14 days of your service. After 14 days, a complimentary adjustment will not be considered and additional service / product fees may result. Any retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. I do not provide refunds on services or products. GUEST POLICY The Hair Lab is not child and pet proof. Hot styling tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and a busy space can all become a safety hazard with children and pets. Supervision for any child is asked from a guest not receiving a service. I ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the suite.

Cancellation Policy
